Discover Dance! All Bodies Dance Project

Powered by the passionate belief that dance is for everyone, All Bodies Dance Project brings together artists with and without disabilities to explore the endless creative potential of difference.

For this innovative inclusive dance company, differences are creative strengths: wheelchairs, crutches and canes open up new movement possibilities, and challenge common assumptions about the dancing body.

This program of beautiful, moving and surprising contemporary dance choreographed by company members celebrates diverse ways of moving and seeing, and widens the spectrum of what dance can be.

Presented as part of The Dance Centre's Discover Dance! series.

This performance has a maximum 50% capacity.

Message from All Bodies Dance Project

Despite the recent lifting of the provincial mask mandate, All Bodies Dance Project is requesting that masks be worn for this event. Our company and our community includes immunocompromised artists and we want to protect them while making this performance a fun, and joyful experience for everyone.

Additionally, we are kindly asking audience members to refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes and other scented-products to this performance for the safety and comfort of our dancers and community members.
