Access, Attention, Experience: The New Rules of Patron Engagement

Josh Bowen, Co-Founder and CEO at Sotto, will be joining us to share insights with OPTA about how we can better market to and communicate with patrons, make ticketing more accessible, and adapt to changing VIP customer experience expectations.  

Sotto is the first SMS platform for localized marketing and engagement. Sotto works with Second City to help them connect with customers more candidly and in the channels that patrons are actually engaging through.  Josh is a serial entrepreneur who built and sold CrowdTwist Loyalty to Oracle Software. CrowdTwist started as a better fan club with Kelly Clarkson and the Miami Dolphins as two of the first clients, then ended up as a loyalty software for enterprise brands, including Foot Locker, LEGO, Blue Mercury, Disney, Gatorade, and Chipotle. Prior to CrowdTwist, Josh worked in business roles across software and media, including iHeartMedia, MTV, TIME, Trilogy Software, and SAP. Josh enjoys outdoor activities, tennis, reading and traveling and even had a past business idea of a new variable priced ticketing platform in 2008!
