Provincial Christian Prayer Breakfast 2025

Welcome to the third annual Provincial Christian Prayer Breakfast!

The Provincial Christian Prayer Breakfast gathers Albertans in prayer for our province and its leaders. This event is organized by members of the government and the public who wish to honour God by following the command in 1 Timothy 2:1-2:

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way.”

Join Alberta's Premier Hon. Danielle Smith, along with Ministers and Members of the Legislative Assembly on April 17th, 2025 to participate in the reconciling power of prayer.

This year, we are delighted to welcome our feature guest speaker Tammy Peterson. Tammy recovered from a near-fatal illness in 2019, after which she gained a deeper perspective on life and faith. A podcaster, public speaker, mother, grandmother and wife of renowned psychologist Jordan Peterson, Tammy joins us amidst months of tour promoting Jordan's upcoming book, We Who Wrestle with God. She also hosts the Tammy Peterson Podcast, discussing topics related to faith, health, education, and family.
