78th Annual Unified Group Services Little 500 presented by ED Martin

In 1949, Joe Helpling unveiled the idea of starting 33 roadsters in a 500-lap event. Everybody scoffed and said that it would never work. The first race had 18 finishers, five of which did not make a pit stop. 77 years later, the race has grown into the largest pavement sprint car race in the world! The 77th edition of the Little 500 saw competitive racing, exciting restarts, and a dream come true. Caleb Armstrong passed his cousin, Dakoda, on the last lap of the race following a late race restart to claim his first Little 500 victory!

1:00pm – Fueling Rig in Infield Until 3:00pm

3:00pm – Little 500 Driver’s Meeting (Mandatory)

4:15pm – All Cars Must Be In Infield and Pits Set-Up

4:30pm – Warm Up Session (West End First, Then East)

5:30pm – Driver’s Autograph Session (Mandatory In Pavilion)

6:15pm – Cars Must Be Gridded on Track

7:00pm – Pre Race Activities Begin
