Self Care Sunday with 5X

Dive into a day of embodiment at Self-Care Sunday with 5X! Join us for a half-day packed with wellness vibes – think breathwork, meditation, journaling, and movement. Discover practical tools to connect with yourself in a meaningful way, surrounded and supported by community.

Cap off the event with a fireside chat hosted by Summan Kandola with Gurnaz Sandhu and Joty Kay - two of the world's top South Asian digital influencers. Joining them will be Bhav Toor Kang, a spiritual coach and Reiki teacher. They'll be chatting about their wellness journeys, and how they prioritize self care in their busy routines all the while staying true and authentic to who they are. Remember, if you don't belong to yourself, you can't belong to anyone or anything else. Self-Care Sunday with 5X helps you in your journey back home to yourself.

VIBC is back with our 7th annual flagship event 5X Fest! Join us from June 13th - 16th, 2024 as we set the stage for some of today’s most exciting names in South Asian music & art. Hosted by Joty Kay and Kirpan Dhillon, our festival lineup will include signature events like the 5X Blockparty and the 5X Art Party, with some unique new additions you can’t help but tell your friends about. This year is extra special, as we celebrate 20 years of VIBC! Come together and help us mark this momentous occasion. Join us as we mark all that’s happened and all that’s left to come!
