HOW DOES IT WORK?

1.You will receive a ticket credit code at the time of purchase.

2. Per pass you receive a single ticket per production.

3. You can then go and use your ticket credit code to book your seats for all the productions. 

You can choose to book all at once, or you can select as you go. You can also call or visit the FCR box office at the Sudbury Theatre Centre if you need any assistance!

REFUND POLICY

General:

YES Theatre does not offer refunds or credits.

Exchanges can be made based on availability within the same production and are non-transferable.

All exchanges are subject to a $5.00 fee per order; Season Subscribers are exempt.

Unused credits included with the purchase of a season’s subscription are forfeited once the corresponding production has concluded its run.

Refettorio Inclement Weather:

Performances cancelled due to inclement weather are ineligible for refunds.

Ticket holders will be notified of cancellations via email and will be automatically rebooked free of charge. If you cannot attend the date we’ve chosen, tickets can be exchanged to an alternate date/time pending availability.

If no tickets remain or a final performance has been cancelled, a refund will be provided.

Third Party:

Tickets sold for all 3rd party events are subject to the promoter's refund policy.

Exchanges are not applicable toward 3rd party events.
