Ticket Credit Q&A

1. You will receive your ticket credit via a confirmation email.

2. You can find your ticket credit status and available events by logging into your Showpass account and clicking “Credits” on the menu. Then, scroll down to “Ticket Credits” and click on "View Available Events."

3. Select the game of your choice and click "Buy Tickets." Choose your seats and the number of tickets needed. Then, click "Checkout" and "Continue." You will see a section labelled "Available Credits." Click "Apply" to redeem your credits. The balance should now be $0.

4. Click "Continue" to finalize your order and enjoy the game!

Redeem your tickets for the match of your choice. Make sure to redeem them as early as possible, as matches are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: 2025 Flex Packs are valid only for 2025 regular season Canadian Premier League matches.
