These days, finding information is a simple click away. But how can you tell if what you’re reading is true or false? With fake news on the rise, fighting misinformation is more important than ever. Acclaimed author and CBC Radio host Gregor Craigie recounts surprising episodes of misinformation throughout history, and shares ten concrete ways to spot and prevent it—including investigating a source, asking the experts, and checking your own bias—in this empowering masterclass based on his new book, Sticking to the Facts: 10 Ways to Fight Misinformation. Grades 4–7.
