The Fergus Scottish Festival & Highland Games is an annual three-day event that celebrates local Scottish heritage and features world class competitions, talent and entertainment in the beautiful town of Fergus, Ontario. The Festival will take place August 7 - 9, 2026

Whether you’re coming by yourself or with the entire clan there’s something for everyone, Scottish or nae! Celtic Music, crafts for the kids, heavy events championships, bagpipes, drums, tug of war, bands, Highland dancing, storytelling, singing, genealogy and heritage, beer tents, and vendors galore!

Ticket Policies

• All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges
• A Weekend Pass is good for the whole weekend - Friday through Sunday. You do not need separate passes for the Tattoo if you buy a weekend pass
• Please be aware that any ticket protection offered during checkout is provided solely by our ticket provider and is not affiliated with the Festival's No Refund policy. If you would like the additional protection over your purchase, please consider opting for the offered ticket protection. 
• Children 12 and under are admitted for free when accompanied by an adult
• Youth are ages 13 - 18.  Adults are 19 - 59.  Seniors are 60+
• E-tickets do not need to be printed; they can be scanned from a mobile device
• Ticket price does not include fees, taxes, parking, camping, or special ticketed events
• Fergus Scottish Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets

Festival Policies

• Event is rain or shine
• Pets are not permitted on the site (excluding registered service dogs)
• All policies of the Centre Wellington Sportsplex and Fergus Scottish Festival must be observed
• By attending this Festival, patrons acknowledge and consent to ongoing photography and videography, with the understanding that their images may be captured and utilized for promotional, documentational and security purposes
