2026 Fergus Scottish Festival - Concession Application

This is the Concessions Application Form. This application should be completed by those interested in being a Vendor at the Fergus Scottish Festival & Highland Games, which takes place August 7-9, 2026.

We have recently transitioned to a new ticketing provider, so some aspects of the system may be slightly different than in previous years. Please complete this form in full, and our Concessions team will review your submission. Approved applicants will be sent a link via email to pay for their Vendor Registration.

Important Notes:

• Vendors requiring hydro and/or water hookups must request these services during the application process.
• Approved concessionaires will receive a payment link. Please ensure all selections are accurate and complete, as the information provided will be used to generate your payment details.
• This ticket does NOT make you a vendor, all applicants will be reviewed.
