2026 Bacchanalia Gala Dinner and Auction

One of the most spectacular wine and food events in the city - an evening of incredible wine, inventive food pairings, and unparalleled opportunities to enhance your wine cellar.

The 2026 Bacchanalia Gala Dinner + Auction, presented by National Bank Private Banking 1859, will kick off with a sparkling wine reception at 6 p.m. and will feature an outstanding selection of wines paired with an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s culinary team. The evening will be topped off with live music and dancing. Live and silent auctions throughout the evening feature rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences. A must for any serious wine collector!
