We are pleased to announce the festival will take place Friday, July 18 to Sunday July 20, 2025 at the Sundre Pro Rodeo grounds.
Camping starts Thursday, July 17, 2025, the night before the festival begins, gates opening at 4PM.

The Shady Grove Festival is an outdoor event. Inclement weather, venue availability or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g., evacuation alerts/orders, public health emergencies, etc.), may result in the need to cancel or postpone all or portions of the event. In this circumstance, we will work to return to the scheduled program or offer alternative programming, but we will not be able to offer refunds. All sales are final. Artists, program and schedule are subject to change without notice.
