Welcome to the 2025 season pass.

The 2025 pass gets you access to all of our work in the 2025 season, including 8 incredible pieces that will be hitting the stage throughout the year (and additional incredible perks).

• Are you a Snow bird? Need to miss one of the shows in our season? Return unused tickets before your performance for a tax receipt.*

*1 free exchange per production - minimum 8 hours prior to curtain time. $5 + HST exchange fee applies to additional exchanges or those not meeting the time requirement.

**In order to claim a tax receipt, patrons must call the box office in advance of that production and consent to donating the value of the ticket.

REFUND POLICY

General:

YES Theatre does not offer refunds or credits.

Exchanges can be made based on availability within the same production.

All exchanges are subject to a $5.00 + HST fee per order; Season Subscribers & Believers are entitled to (1) free exchange per production a minimum of 8 hours prior to show time. Additional exchanges or those not meeting the minimum time requirement are subject to the exchange fee.

Unused credits included with the purchase of a season’s subscription are forfeited once the corresponding production has concluded its run. If you can't attend a production, you can notify the theatre in advance to receive a tax receipt for the value of your tickets. 

Refettorio Inclement Weather:

Performances cancelled due to inclement weather are ineligible for refunds.

Ticket holders will be notified of weather cancellations via email and will be automatically rebooked free of charge. If you cannot attend the date we’ve chosen, tickets can be exchanged to an alternate date/time pending availability.

If no tickets remain or a final performance has been cancelled, a refund will be provided.

Third Party:

Tickets sold for all 3rd party events are subject to the promoter's refund policy.

Exchanges are not applicable toward 3rd party events.
