• 10 x 10 Inline - $850.00
• 10 x 10 Corner - $950.00

Booth Payment

Registration must be made online and accompanied by full payment. Payments must be

made in Canadian funds by July 1st. *All prices are subject to applicable taxes*

Included with your booth:

• (2) Complimentary exhibitor lanyard passes.
• (5) Admission Passes (1 pass is valid for all 5 show days)
• Booth draping - 8 ft. high and 3 ft. sides
• One 1200-watt 120-volt electrical outlet
• Website exhibitor listing
• Complimentary exhibitor parking

Additional charges with your booth:

• Booth carpeting and furnishings (including tables, chairs, etc.)
• Internet
• Additional power requirements
• Booth signage hanging

C.A.F.E Levy

A C.A.F.E Tradeshow Levy of $25.00 per company (for non-C.A.F. E members), will be collected with your exhibit fees. CLICK HERE for more information regarding the Canadian Association of Fairs & Exhibitions, C.A.F.E memberships.

Liability Insurance

REAL (Regina Exhibition Association requires all Exhibitor locations to provide proof of commercial general liability insurance subject to minimum of two (2) million dollars ($2,000,000.00)

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be provided for cancellations received by the Licensor less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the Show. The Licensee may, by written notice cancel the Agreement at any time prior to the 30^th day preceding the commencement of the Show, and on receipt of such written notice the Licensor shall refund to the Licensee all amounts paid under this Agreement less an administration fee equal to $250.00
