2025 PUMPKIN SPICE CLASSIC presented by Full Wedge Golf ⛳️

Golf & Tacos Calgary is excited to host the 4th annual Pumpkin Spice Classic presented by Full Wedge Golf!

Channel your inner Elle Woods and bring those badass girly pop vibes to the golf course—this year’s theme is LEGALLY BIRDIE. This is where the courtroom meets the clubhouse. Anyone not in theme will be sentenced to a makeover. 

The Pumpkin Spice Classic serves as the official wrap of the Golf & Tacos  summer season, bringing together golf gals from around the city for a fun two-person scramble. Treat the day as competitive as you like! Want to go after the coveted PSC trophy? Go for it! Just looking for a fun day on the course with some golf gals? Perfection. There’s plenty of non-competitive prizes to be won and this day is purely about iconic levels of golf gal-hood and fun!

FORMAT
Our only "semi-competitive" event of the season, the 2025 Pumpkin Spice Classic presented by Full Wedge Golf will once again be an 18 hole two-person scramble. The schedule this year will include rolling tee times. 

LOCATION
This year, we're upgrading from ol’ party bus to a cozy coach bus and making our way to an Alberta hidden gem, Sundre Golf Club—hand picked by Coach Todd himself! 

OPEN TO ALL GOLF GALS
From current lesson participants to our Golf & Tacos alumni, Golf & Tacos gals from other cities, and any literally any golf gal in the area looking for a killer day on the golf course. 

SPICY LEVEL RECOMMENDATION (Learn More)
While we love all of our golfers, this event is best suited for our Medium/Hot/Spicy golfers who are comfortable playing 18 holes and can maintain pace of play on a full length golf course (red tees).

Golfers that fall behind pace may be asked by a coach, staff or volunteer to catch-up to the group ahead within a reasonable time frame. FYI We're super reasonable. Rude or abusive language will not be tolerated and you'll be sent straight to Golf & Tacos jail. More details on that can be found in our Code of Conduct.

• 7:00 a.m. - Check-in Opens at Golf Fanatics (latest arrival by 7:15 a.m.)
• 7:30 a.m. - Bus Departs Golf Fanatics
• 7:15 p.m. - Bus Arrives at Golf Fanatics* 

Arrival at Sundre Golf Club

• 9:05 a.m. - Arrival at Sundre Golf Club 
• 9:00 - 11:40 a.m. - Games & Contests, Warm-up Activities
• 10:00 - 11:40 a.m. - Rolling tee times start
• 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. - Post-round Games, Taco Meal, Mingles
• 5:00 p.m. - Prizes + Awards

• 5:30 p.m. - Bus departs for Calgary*
• 7:15 p.m. - Bus Arrives at Golf Fanatics* 

*NOTE: Departure from Sundre GC and arrival at Golf Fanatics at end of the event may be later than listed if tournament play exceeds 5.5 hours. Please anticipate possible delays and plan your evening &/or safe rides home accordingly.

A NOTE ON DRESS CODE AND THEME

We hope you'll have a little fun with the events and dig out some 'dress code approved' fits (no denim, rips, crop tops, or spaghetti straps). Otherwise, have fun, bring the party vibes, and let's close out the season with a 10/10 day on the course. Pumpkin Spice Classic themed team outfits encouraged and rewarded. Theme: LEGALLY BIRDIE. Have at 'er, babes.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This event and Showpass fees are non-refundable. You're on the hook for your ticket. If we have a waitlist we'll do our best to facilitate a swap for you, however, Golf & Tacos Calgary is a small business that must commit numbers to the golf course in order to make our events work and we do not guarantee filling your spot. You can transfer your ticket up to 72 hours in advance, new golfer information MUST be provided by 10:15 a.m. on September 10, 2025. Showpass fees are non-refundable and purchaser will not be reimbursed these fees if a refund is requested and approved. Thank you for your understanding.
