CNPL Draft Registration
In an effort to enhance the inclusivity of our league, CNPL has decoupled pre-season event registration from draft registration. This means that individuals who may not be interested in pursuing a professional career immediately, or at all, can still participate in the thrilling competitive atmosphere of the CNPL’s team amateur events. This new structure allows for broader participation, giving more people the chance to experience the joy of competitive pickleball.

To be eligible for the CNPLIII draft you must 1) fill out the registration details, 2) pay the administrative fee, and 3) join or build a team and participate in one of the CNPL Amateur Showdown events.

Two registration types

• New players are those who have never before registered for or participated in the CNPL.
• Returning players are those who registered for the draft and participated in a qualifier in 2023 or 2024. They receive a discount because they are already setup across our systems and require less administrative work.

Registration Deadline Date: March 31, 2025

Draft Date: April 2, 2025

Who: Legal residents of Canada and Citizens of Canada who are 18 years of age and older and meet all the eligibility requirements in the terms and conditions.

Why: The CNPL is the pinnacle of pickleball in Canada and currently the only place in Canada you can get paid consistently to play pickleball. 

Steps to Participate:

1. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria outlined by the Canadian National Pickleball League in the terms and conditions.
2. Complete registration for the CNPLIII Draft and pay your administrative fee.
3. Sign up for and participate in one of the CNPL Amateur Showdown events in March 2025.
