Description
Celebrating 30 years since Founder, Mrs. Sonja Bata, first opened the world-renowned Bata Shoe Museum, we are delighted to present a special edition of the annual Founder's Lecture, which honours Mrs. Bata's birthday. Join us for an intimate conversation between two Canadian fashion icons, Thierry-Maxime Loriot and Jeanne Beker, as they discuss the transformation of fashion from concept to runway spectacle to museum artifact, exploring how iconic designs evolve from commercial creation to cultural preservation and what it means to curate a legacy that bridges art, performance, and haute couture.
