The keynote speaker for this year’s dinner is Dr. Sylvain Charlebois, Director of the Agri-Food Analytics Lab at Dalhousie University, also known as "The Food Professor." In his talk, Sustainable Food Supply Chain: Nurturing Saskatchewan's Agrifood Future, Dr. Sylvain Charlebois will explore the critical role of Saskatchewan in shaping a sustainable future for Canada's agrifood sector. As a province rich in agricultural resources, Saskatchewan is uniquely positioned to lead the way in developing innovative practices and technologies that promote environmental stewardship, economic resilience, and food security around the world.
