Please email an abstract (maximum 250 words) to Dr. Steven Brown (stebro@mcmaster.ca) on any topic related to perception, cognition or performance of music and dance.
If you are unable to attend the conference in person, you may still submit a poster virtually.
The deadline for abstract submissions is OCTOBER 2, 2023
Early submission is encouraged, and acceptance will be sent out as submissions are received or by October 6th, 2023.
All posters (virtual and in-person) and other materials (e.g., short video) will be uploaded to a non-interactive site and accessible for several months after the conference. Please note that virtual poster presenters will not have the opportunity to interact during the in-person poster sessions.
Please indicate if you will be attending in-person or virtually.
IN-PERSON Early Bird Rate (final day for early bird registration is Oct 10): $100 regular, $75 for students
Late Registration Rate (after Oct 10): $125 regular, $100 for students
*IMPORTANT NOTE: The Early Bird Rate and Late Registration Rate DOES include breakfast and lunch. It does NOT include the Evening Event. This fee guarantees entrance to the conference ONLY. Registered participants will receive a DISCOUNT CODE for the Evening Event on Saturday, October 28th at 8:00 pm ET. This discount code can be used at check-out.

Tickets to the LIVELab Evening Event can be purchased here. A promo code will be provided during conference registration to discount regular price general admission tickets to the Saturday Keynote Lecture and Concert to $10.
