Slow Looking - Made by Hand

Slow Looking at art is a practice of mindfulness and contemplation, considering an artwork, listening and imagining. Take some time for yourself and participate in this FREE online workshop.

 

Join Alison Beaumont & Pippa Dean-Veerman, Community Engagement Coordinators, as they take you through a slow look at the the current exhibition "Made by Hand" , this is an interactive session over zoom, where you will be guided through an hour of mindful looking at an artwork from the exhibition.

This event is FREE to join, just sign up through showpass, zoom details will be sent out two days prior to the event.

To participate fully in the workshop we recommend having a few sheets or paper or a sketchbook on hand as well as some writing utensils and maybe even something to add some colour.
