Shimmering Lights Fall

SHIMMERING LIGHTS FALL 5^th annual HALLOWEEN WALK the LIGHTS event will take place on select nights in October from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.  Ahoy all ye mateys join us for this pirate themed event.  We won’t make you landlubbers scrub the deck, but you may have to walk the plank. We put the fun back in Halloween with a fall activity for the whole family.  The family friendly, activities will include 1/3-mile walking trail with hundreds of themed lighted displays, pixel animated props moving to the music, outdoor movies, maze of lights, scavenger hunt, games, and face painting.  We are bringing back our FOAM play area on select nights.  All ages are welcome to play. Be sure to bring some dry clothes!!  Check out our calendar for the FOAM nights.  Walk the trail as many times as your energy allows.

Open: Thursday thru Sunday October 5 through October 29

Hours: 7:00-10:00 p.m. 

Closed on rainy days or after big storms.

Costumes are allowed and encouraged; we love to see the creativity of our guests.  Toy weapons prohibited.

** This is an unpaved walking trail and ground can be uneven in places, wear appropriate footwear and use caution, bring bug spray**

Trails are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair or stroller, however, please be advised that because this is an unpaved trail the terrain can be very rough in places to push a wheelchair. 

Note:  The county has shut down a small portion of Dover Road just South of us.  The road is closed except for local access from Sept. 27 to Oct. 24.  We have identified alternate routes coming from the North (I-4) or the South (Hwy 60).  The Northern access from Hwy 574/MLK is open to our event by coming through the local access signs.

Ticket cost $8.00 in advance, $9.00 at the gate

Tickets are required for children 3 years old and older. 

Children aged 2 and under are not required to purchase a ticket.
