POW Canada - 'Sam & Me' film screening & climate panel

Switchback Entertainment will be screening its new ski/climate film 'Sam & Me', followed by a Q&A with Mike Douglas and Sam Tierney, and a panel discussion about the next steps for climate action in the Sea To Sky area. 

Sam & Me (30 min)

Sam Tierney was in a dark place. At 13 years old, his climate anxiety was so bad he was having trouble sleeping at night. In an attempt to ease his stress, Sam writes to pro skier and climate advocate, Mike Douglas, asking for advice. Seeing some of his own young self in Sam, Mike invites him on a weekly ski meet-up to talk about climate, skiing and life.
