Guitar virtuoso, composer, and vocalist Roland Grant is garnering renown for a sweeping, dramatic live
show that leaves every audience thrilled and entertained. With a unique crossover of rock with
flamenco and Latin influences, his performance features a stellar band, and special guests in headline
concerts. Recent appearances include opening a 10,500 seat ScotiaBank Centre concert event, opening
for Kiefer Sutherland, and sharing the stage with multiplatinum-selling fiddler Ashley MacIsaac.
Roland’s studio releases to date are his debut album Equilibrium (2018) and his purely classical Piano
Quintet (2021). As an orchestral composer, Roland’s Concerto for Guitar and Orchestra premiered in
2019 with the composer as soloist. Roland was awarded the prize for Best Tonal Music at the 2017
International Antonín Dvořák Composition Competition held in Prague, Czech Republic, of which he is
a two-time finalist.
