Non-Market Housing Land Sale Application Workshop

The City of Calgary is offering a free workshop to non-profit housing developers who want to learn more about the newly released non-market lands and application process.

Associates from Affordable Housing, Real Estate & Development Services and Planning & Development will provide details on the land sale program and guide participants, step-by step through the application.

Expected Outcomes:

Participants will gain insight into The City's non-market land sale program and the application process, including a review of sites, application requirements and evaluation criteria.
